Carrie - what blank picture frame?! ;) It looks blank, I know, but it's actually a framed piece from my wedding dress - the white-on-white embroidery my mom did initially, which she didn't like so she took the whole panel out of my dress and did it again, but I saved the original because it's symbolic to me in so many ways.

I love the armoire! What a great idea. And your decorating in general is just awesome. The colors, etc. How fun!!! The only idea I had for the outlet was a potted plant. And the song? Lullaby by The Cure? (the spider connection)

Looks like you've been really busy and productive. We should get so productive around here! ;-) It looks nice.

On those outlets... I'm not the most creative person, but the only thing that came to mind is some kind of smallish low table or magazine/book rack to set there... near the chair and blocking the view of the outlet covers. It would look best if it was lower than the bottom of the window, I think. I suppose you could put some sort of ornamental thing on the floor there...but houseplants at this point might be a bit of a challenge... or breakable pottery of some sort which wasn't what first came to mind... but another possibility for those that like that sort of thing.

The armoire (sp?) looks nice... I was hoping to see what it looked like when opened up, but we can see that next time we visit.
